The Belin Legacy: Generation 4 Part 4

I’m supposed to be focusing on generation 4, but Ronin is making it hard.

We begin basically where I left off because I forgot to add this at the end. Before I even had a chance to type in the hideheadlineeffects, Dusty had come over to greet the twins by shaking water from his wet fur all over them.

I’ve never seen such a nasty look on to toddler’s face before.

Valentina: What the heck is his deal!

Bianca: I could prepare something new to eat or I could just lick this stinky bowl clean….

Bianca: “Go away, flies! This bowl is mine!”

It doesn’t matter how many times I see a werewolf running down the street, I still can’t seem to get used to it.

Ronin: “Come on, cereal! Go down!”

Ronin: *big swallow*

Ronin: “I think the cereal has gone a little stale.”

Lacey: “Now you tell me.”

After getting the twins out of their cribs and fed Ronin proceeded to spend most of the day contemplating serious matters on the toilet, like the colour of the ceiling.

Ronin: “There isn’t actually much colour in here….”

Later that night from across the street….

Pinto Horse: Why did we come here if they aren’t even opened yet?

Brown Horse: To be first in line! I want to make sure I get my much anticipated copy of Turbo Robot Unicorn Speed Racer 3!

Pinto Horse: But there’s no one here besides us….

Brown Horse: They’ll be here because it’s so anticipated!

Pinto Horse: They’re probably all at home waiting to download  it….

Brown Horse: There’s no fun in that! True fans brave the elements of the night to hold a physical copy of their favourite games in their teeth (because we don’t have hands)! You take the first watch to make sure no one steps in front. I’ll take the second.

Brown Horse: zzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

Pinto Horse: *quietly starts to back away slowly….*

Pinto Horse: *…backing away…*

Pinto Horse: Screw that. I’m going home.

Brown Horse: zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

The next day, while Novia had been enjoying the summer festival she had received a call from Jules out of the blue. She had been surprised by the call since he had started college and she had rarely heard from him besides the one letter he had sent her. He had asked for her to meet him in an empty lot full of wild horses for some reason, saying there was something that he wanted to discuss with her.

When she reached him he turned around to greet her with his flashy charming smile.

Jules: “You look beautiful, babe! You’re seriously taking my breath away with that dress!”

She just smiled at him. It wasn’t unusual for him to “butter her up” before wanting something in return.

Novia: “Cut to the chase, Jules. What did you want to talk about?”

Jules: “Picture this, babe. You and me both are going to be living apart from each other for a bit, but we don’t have to be alone. You can find other guys to be with and when I’m back in town we can get together again!”

Novia: “Wait, wait. What you’re saying is you want to put us on hold so that you can fool around at college?”

Jules: “Well, If you want to put it that way too….”

Jules: “…But this is for both of us. We’re both in different academic worlds and it’ll be awhile before we can see each other again.”

Novia: “I don’t want to do the same thing! I’m not the kind of person who can do that! I only want to be serious with one person! It’s not what I want!”

Novia lowered her head in defeat and sighed.

Novia: “Bianca was right about you. Everyone was right about you. You’re not serious about us at all.”

Jules: “That’s not true, babe! I still want to be with you. I still really care about you.”

She looked up at him in his eyes as she spoke.

Novia: “But I don’t think you care about me in the same way I care about you. If this is what you want then we’re over. I’m not going to dangle around waiting for you just so you can keep your options open.”

She didn’t give him time to respond. She sharply turned away on her heel and began walking back towards the road.

She had made it home just before the down pour came and immediately walked as calmly as she could up the stairs to her room. When she reached her bed she threw her body on it and listened to the rain drops as they pelted against the windows. It was like the sky had felt the pain in her heart, but unlike the clouds the tears never really came from her eyes. Just the heaviness in her chest as she sighed.

Meanwhile, downstairs in the kitchen….

Ronin: “This doesn’t seem very good…”

Ronin: “I’ll just walk over here then.”

Hearing the fire alarm everyone else (except Novia) had run into the kitchen to panic over the fire.

Lacey: “What’s going on here?”

Aya: “Are you blind, Mom?! There’s a fire!”

Lacey: “Oh. So there is.”

Don’t look at me like that. I don’t have that kind of control. They’re just lucky I remembered to put in a fire alarm.

After Ronin and the firefighter battled the blaze all that was left was a charred stove and the ash remains of Ronin’s stew.

Firefighter: “Well, there doesn’t seem to be much left of your stove, so you will have to replace that.”

Ronin: “My stew surprise….”

The fire had put Ronin in so much shock that the next day he forgot his clothes. (Again.)

( ‘_’ )

Well, I guess at least he was smart enough to wear some kind of protection while tending to Lacey’s bees. (Because Lacey doesn’t. She just wants the honey and wax for her elixirs.)

After he was done he headed back inside to play with his rocket.

I have never gone through so many penis euphemisms with a naked male sim in one go before. (>_>)

Ronin: “Oh no! The rocket is flying too fast! We’re going to crash into that giant skeleton!”

Ronin: “Zooooooommmmmm! And the rocket quickly veers off to the left just barely missing Planet Bonehilda! That was a close one!”

Bonehilda (who doesn’t usually say too much anyway): “….”

Ronin: “Come play with me, Lacey! It’ll be like old times! I’ll let you play with my rocket!”

Lacey: “No thanks. I’m going to go work on my poetry book.”

Ronin: “Nooooo! We’re out of fuel! We’re going to crash!!”

And while that was all going on…. I think sims are lucky that their tots are smart enough to not roll down the stairs. I know my parents wish me and my brother were.

Later that day when Bianca had arrived home she sat down next to her now clothed father who was on the couch watching TV. (Because if I left him naked this would just get too awkward.)

Bianca: “Dad, can I talk to you?”

Ronin: “Of course! You can always talk to me, Bee. Is there something wrong?”

Bianca: “It’s not like that. I’ve just… I know what I really want to do with my life now. I want to be a surgeon. I talked about it with the guidance councillor and they suggested that I go to Smuggsworth Prep School because it would help me elevate better in that career.”

Ronin: “But that’s a boarding school….”

Bianca: “If money’s a problem I understand. The councillor said I might even be able to apply for a scholarship since my grades have always been so good.”

Ronin: “It’s not the money I’m worried about. I’m worried about not being able to see you. You’ll be gone for a long time. You’ll miss all the family events here too.”

Bianca: “It’s not that I want to be away from you and everyone else.”

Bianca: “It’s just something I really want to do. I want to help people and I want a challenge too.”

While contemplating her request, Ronin found himself glancing up at Bianca’s baby picture and he felt a slight pang in his heart. She wasn’t a child any more and she was growing up fast, along with her other teenage sisters. As much as he didn’t want to admit it he realised this was her time to take flight from their nest. He looked back down at her before he spoke.

Ronin: “If it’s what you really want, and if your mother is fine with it, we’ll call the school to enroll you.”

Bianca: “Thanks, Dad. I really appreciate it.”

They both stood up and Ronin took her into a gentle protective hug.

Ronin: “You know, you’ll have to call us every day, right? You may be growing up, but you’re still our baby girl.”

Bianca: “I know, Dad. Thank you.”

——————————————————————————————

Thank you for reading! My goal was to finish this before Christmas and thankfully I managed to. Currently I’m still trying to get pictures for the next part, so hopefully it will be up in about the same amount of time this one was, and I hope that you look forward to it.

For everyone who is celebrating holidays this winter I wish you and all your loved ones happy holidays and all the best in the coming new year!♥

Take care, everyone! Party hard, but responsibly! ;3
